GTech’s innovative technology solutions stand out
The Gold Stevie® Award in the API Management Solution category went to Symphony Labs, the world’s first service orchestration platform with a GenAI architecture. Embedding generative AI capabilities directly into its platform architecture, Symphony Labs allows businesses to quickly and securely connect their existing systems and infrastructure with next-generation digital services. Managing complex integration and service orchestration processes through a single platform, the solution uses GenAI capabilities to accelerate development processes, enabling businesses to roll out digital services more agilely, efficiently, and at scale.
The “In-Flight Waste and Catering Optimization” project, developed through a strategic partnership between GTech and Pegasus Airlines to strike a sustainable balance between cost optimization and superior customer experience in the aviation sector, earned GTech the Silver Stevie® Award in the AI for Customer Experience category. Using advanced AI forecasting algorithms, the project enabled more effective management of in-flight catering processes through data-driven decision-making, boosting operational efficiency and improving the customer experience.
Built on native AI architecture as part of GTech’s next-generation product family, Symphony Lending stands out for digitalizing financing processes end to end and supporting them with intelligent decision-making mechanisms. Built on Symphony Lending, the first fully digital, end-to-end integrated consumer financing platform with generative AI capabilities — “A Digital Solution Simplifying Complex Processes in Vehicle Financing” — earned GTech the Silver Stevie® Award in the Achievement in Financial Services category.
Reflecting GTech’s approach of directly embedding generative AI into the core architecture of banking technologies, the project “Shaping the Future of Banking in the Age of AI: From Traditional Systems to Autonomous Banking” was awarded the Bronze Stevie® Award in the Achievement in Product Innovation category. Moving GenAI beyond being an add-on feature bolted onto existing systems and turning it into one of the platform’s core capabilities, the project embodies GTech’s technology vision of enabling the transformation of traditional, manual banking infrastructure into a learning, intelligent, and increasingly autonomous new generation of banking platforms.
Noting that seeing projects carried out while guiding organizations’ digital transformation journeys recognized with awards is motivating, GTech Co-Founder and CEO Mine Taşkaya said:
“With our 26 years of experience, we’ve witnessed the sector’s development and are proud to contribute to it. Drawing on our experience and our perspective anticipating industry needs, we develop innovative products that put generative AI at the center, boosting organizations’ efficiency and providing them with competitive advantage. Our greatest strength is our ability to adapt the products we develop to different geographies and needs. We’re very pleased to have carried our achievements to a broad global footprint in recent years. Developing and successfully implementing products is a team effort, and I’d like to thank our valued customers, business partners, and the GTech team for their contributions to the projects that brought us these awards.”
