UniCredit has tapped financial crime compliance regtech Flagright to enhance its financial crime prevention workflows in Poland.
The regtech will support the bank’s Polish entity with customer screening, risk scoring, transaction monitoring, and case management, providing the unit with an end-to-end overview of financial crime operations.
The entire governance process is set to benefit from “quality assurance, audit logs, notifications, and advanced workflows”, with the integration of “configurable controls built for modern banking operations”, according to a statement from the vendor. UniCredit’s Polish entity, which operates in one of the bank’s oldest-standing markets, joins a growing list of financial institutions partnering Flagright for its financial crime prevention solutions. In February, Lithuania’s SME Bank announced a collaboration with the regtech for its transaction monitoring services.
