egaranti, one of the startups from the first cohort of the EnterInvest Investment Readiness Programme run by Entertech Istanbul Technopark, has raised $1.1 million in a pre-Series A funding round. The startup, which digitalises warranty and after-sales processes, has moved into a new phase of its growth journey with the new investment.
Founded in 2021 by Kâmil Kınacı and Sinan Peksoy, the company develops solutions that digitalise warranty documents for brands and enable them to manage after-sales processes through a single platform. Operating in Turkey and Uzbekistan, egaranti integrates with brands’ and retailers’ points of sale to offer consumers extended warranty and maintenance packages. egaranti had previously raised TL 18 million in 2024.
Expansion plans with new capital
Through its brand partnerships, egaranti reaches a broad consumer base and aims to further develop its services for individual users in the next phase. A new application the company plans to launch in Turkey will allow consumers to purchase extended warranty and maintenance packages for their products and track all their products and warranty information through a single platform.
EnterInvest continues to prepare startups for investment processes
The EnterInvest Investment Readiness Programme, run by Entertech Istanbul Technopark, aims to prepare revenue-generating startups with scaling potential for investment processes in a systematic way and from an investor’s perspective. The programme combines training, mentorship, and investor matching, giving startups the opportunity to structure their financial and operational metrics in line with investor expectations and to gain knowledge on company valuation, due diligence, term sheets, and legal processes. Developing investor presentations and facilitating direct contact with domestic and international investors are also core components of the programme.
Designed for post-revenue startups preparing for seed or subsequent funding rounds, EnterInvest supports startups not only in getting ready for a funding round but also in connecting with investors that match their goals and growth strategies. Applications for the third cohort of the programme are currently open.
